Dito ko naipanganak ang anak ko kaya ito ang kanyang citizenship. Ang tanong ko po under family code ng Pilipinas, maaari ko po bang habulin ang tatay ng anak ko sa sustento para sa kanyang rights? Hindi po sa kanyang naka apelyido dahil ayaw niya pirmahan ang birth certificate na dapat ipapadala ko sa Pilipinas. At malaking "no" ang sinabi niya sa sustento. Ano po ba ang maaari kong gawing legal actions para sa karapatan ng anak ko? Kahit andito kami sa ibang bansa at ang lalake ay nasa Pilipinas. Bilang isang ina gusto ko po bigyan katarungan ang anak ko. Maraming salamat po sa pagsagot.
