Nag apply po ako bilang Domestic Helper sa isang recruitment agency, sila po ang nagbayad ng pamasahe ko papuntang Manila at Medical, Tesda at ag VFS ko. Ngayon plano kong magback out na lang dahil sa Medical result ko ako ay my slight thyromegaly sa kadahilanang ito hindi ako pinayagan ng pamilya ko, so ngayon sinasabi sa akin ng agency na kailangan kong bayaran ang ginastos nila pati na ang kontrata pero ang sinasabing kontrata ko ay hindi ko pa napirmahan at hindi pa naman ito nakarating.So tama po ba na bayaran ko ang kontrata? Salamat po.
Kailangan ko bang bayaran ang kontrata ko kahit hindi pa ako nakapirma at parating pa lang ito?
