3 years po ang kontrata namin pinirmahan tapos pinauwi kami nang isa at kalahating taon. Mabayaran po ba kami sa kulang na taon at buwan sa Japan po?

You did not tell what is the reason na pinauwi po kayo it might be losing ang company or may na violate kayo na rules or illegal dismissal. You can read again kung ano ang nakasaad sa kontratang pinermahan po ninyo and your employer hindi naman po sila mapipilit na bayaran kayo for the remaining contract as long as the company give you reasonable time na ipaalam sa inyo ang situation. If incase you are a victim of illegal dismissal din you can file a claim against your agency pwede po kayong lumapit sa Opisina ng NLRC para magpatulong tungkol dito po.
