Wat if yung gender mo eh babae tapos yung nasa birth certificate mo is lalaki,pag nagpakasal po banun valid po ba yung kasal nun kung parehong male yung gender sa birthcertificate ng kinakasal?

If sa ngayon you will applying for marriage license tapos yan ang discrepancy sa birth certificate ng isang party you will not be given a Marriage license kung hindi ninyo maicorrect yan. Its either magpapafile ng petition for correction of sex or joint affidavit of discrepancy depende sa requirement ng civil registrar kung saan kayo magpapafile. So impossibleng maikasal na kayo ngayon na pareho ang gender sa birth dahil nakapastricto na lalo na sa mga discrepancy. In case naman nakasal at same gender hindi naman magiging invalid ang kasal dahil pwede naman pong maicorrect ang gender sa birth certificate through filing petition for correction of entry po in the office of the Civil Registrar kung saan nakarehistro ang birth ng isang party.
