Gusto ko sana magtanong about adoption. kasi gusto po akong i-adopt ng asawa ng tita kong hapon, kasal po sila sa Japan. 23 years old na po ako. wala na po ung nanay at tatay ko may ibang pamilya na po ung nanay ko ngaun at wala narin po kaming contact sa tatay ko. pano po kaya ung magiging proseso nito? nasa japan po ung tita ko at asawa nyang hapon pero nakapunta na po ung hapon dito twice. salamat po sa makakasagot! :)

Ang sinabi mong tita ba ay auntie mo? Kailangan kasing within the 4th degree (first cousin) lang ang dapat i adopt if relative. Dapat i establish mo rin na simula palang ay you have been treated by the adopters o ang mag adopt sa iyo bilang isang anak nila. Ang adoption ay dapat ihain sa korte so kailangan mo ng isang abogado para gagawa ng petisyon at magfile ng Petition for adoption.
