A philipinne woman who is not married has had an affair with a UK married man who has children when he has been visiting the Philipinnes on a work basis. He is now trying to kick out his wife out of their newly brought house and move the woman over from the philipinnes. Has any crime been committed?

Your post was not clear as to where all this happened. I understand that the affair happened in the Philippines. If the Brit's wife comes over here in the Philippines and sues you and the Brit for concubinage, the legal wife will have trouble because she will have to prove that the Brit cohabited with you -- set up house with you and carried on with you as though you were man and wife.
You did not clarify if the Brit was booting out his wife here, in the Philippines. Was his first wife Filipino as well? Were they living here? Or was the Brit just visiting the Philippines? Was he here on holiday or business?
If the legal wife is here in the Philippines and it is here that the Brit was trying to boot her out of the family home, she can always file a complaint for a violation of the VAWC (RA 9262).
