Ano ang benefit ng probation ng first timer na nakulong sa kasong droga sec. 11 na pinag plea bargaining ng judge ?

Yes, kapag nacomply na po ang mga requirements na dapat isubmit for the application for probation. Marami kasing mga requirements yan kailangan ang support ng pamilya ninyo para sa pagsecure ng mga requirements kagaya ng mga barangay certificate, pictures etc.the probation office will give you those requirements. You should follow the condition imposed sa probation kagaya ng weekly or montly reporting otherwise you will serve your sentence in jail. Tandaan once in a lifetime ka lang mag avail ng probation.
