Ilang buwan po ba bago ma release yung bagong title, kung sakaling magpa court order ako dahil nawala ang original land title? at magakano din po ba aabutin ang babyaran ngayon kung sakaling kukuha ako ng court order? Sana po'y mapansin niyo ang tanong ko, salamat.

Hindi ko po masasabing kung gaano kabilis marelease po ang owner's duplicate copy from Registry of Deeds. Unang-una nakadepende po yan sa dockets ng korte kung saan po nakafile ang Petition for issuance of a New Owner's duplicate copy. Normally 1 to 2 years but ngayon na pandemic maraming resetting/postponement of cases so baka mas matagalan pa. As to costs depende na po yan sa private lawyer na maghahandle po ng kaso ninyo.
