May kapatid ang mother ko na nakikiusap na need nila tulong kasi uso that time ang tukhang. baka pagkamalan daw yung lalaki dahil sa kalsada sila nakatira. Ang sabi 2 buwan lang. ngayon, hindi na kami kinausap ng mom ko, naawa siya at ang sabi niya 2months lang naman kaya hindi na din kami kumibo ng father ko. ngayon mga 3 taon na. hinihintay namin na umalis sila ng kusa pero hindi. ngayon pinalalabas nila na caretaker sila, walang kasulatan na caretaker sila. binabantayan daw nila ang bahay. hindi po ba siyempre need naman nila bantayan ang tinitirhan nila lalo na nakitira lang sila... lalo na nalockdown kami sa inuupahan malapit s work ko dahil sa pandemic. Ang kasambahay namin ang naglilinis, etc ngayon humihingi sila ng 100k. bakit sila humihingi? wala naman silang trabaho... lalo na nung pandemic... ako pa nga ang nagbabayad at nagpapadala ng pera para may makain sila. paano namin sila mapapalis po? nagkakasakit na ang mother ko kasi kaming 3 minumura na. nagbabanta pa na papatayin nila kami.
Ano maipapayo sinasabi nila caretaker sila pero nakikitira lang sila?

I presumed po na kayo talaga ang may ari ng bahay na tinitirhan ng uncle mo. Ganito nalang po kung gusto po ninyo silang paalisin ng maayos kung hindi talaga madaan sa mabuting pakiusap magpatawag nalang po kayo ng complaint sa Barangay kung saan sila nakatira. Doon mag usap kayo at mag agree po kayo kung hanggang kailan palugit ninyo na umalis sila. Pwede din naman na magpadala kayo ng Demand letter po magpatulong kayo sa lawyer para gawin ito at kailangang personally mareceive po niya ito at may receiving copy po kayo. So kung ayaw talagang umalis maaring magpafile nalang po kayo ng ejectment suit magpatulong nalang po kayo sa abogado para sa mga requirements and pagpafile ng kaso laban sa uncle po ninyo.
