Ganto po kasi ayan, nagbenta po kami kalahati ng buong lupa tapos po nagulat na lang kami na yung buong lupa po yung nakarehistro na eh hindi naman po kasama sa sa benenta namin yun other half na lupa. May deed of sale or mga ebidensya/dokumento po ba kayong pinanghahawakan na talagang kalahati lang ang inyong binenta. Unang-una settle this matter with the buyer.
