Maari kasing napadalhan na kayo through registered mail kaya lang hindi pa nakarating ang mail yan ang usual problem ngayon. Obligation kasi po ninyo na mag update sa status ng kaso hindi ibig sabihin temporarily out on bail wala na kayong gagawin. May lawyer po ba kayo? If mayroon, pwede naman po na magmanifest sa court ang lawyer na wala kayong natanggap na summon kaya hindi nakaattend para po hindi maforfeit yung bail ninyo. Tumawag or puntahan nalang po ang court kung saan pending ang kaso at alamin ang next schedule for hearing po ninyo at that time pwede po kayong mag explain sa judge po.

Nakadepende po yan sa judge may iba na if maawa naman siya sa inyo at naconvinced ninyo sa explanation maaring yung bail will continue to have force and effect. May iba na man na maaring forfeited na yon lalo na if ilang beses na hindi nag attend sa hearing tapos mag impose na naman muli ng panibagong bail. Pwede po kayong magpatulong sa opisina ng PAO if wala po kayong lawyer baka qualified po kayo of their free services or maski sa mga Integrated Bar of the Philippines office na malapit sa inyo nagbibigay naman po sila ng libreng serbisyo lalo na sa mga walang kakayahan na kumuha ng isang private lawyer.
