Ang live in partner ko po ay ikinasal ng menor de edad pa lang.nagpagawa po ang mga magulang nila ng maling birth cert nila para maikasal sila at palabasin na sila ay nasa tamang edad na sa pagpapakasal.ngayon po ay nais namin magpakasal.maari po ba kami magpakasal gamit na po ang tamang birthcertificate niya.yung kasal po nila ay valid po ba.ano po ang maari naming gawing aksyon dito.maraming salamat po.

Actually void ang kasal nila dahil minor yong isang party but it does not mean na basta2x na lang po kayo magpakasal dahil kailangan pa po na ipadeclare sa court na null and void ang previous marriage bago pa po kayo ang party makapagpapakasal muli otherwise pwede siyang makasuhan ng bigamy. Kahit na sabihin na fake yong birth certificate the marriage ceremony has been been done and marriage certificate has been recorded so kailangan i annul yan.
