Kami po ay nilooban at pinagnakawan noong October 25 2019, nakapag sampa na po kami ng kaso at on going na , ngunit sa kasamaang palad yung witness namin na nakakilala sa mga nanloob ay natakot at hindi na sumipot ,kaya baka matalo kami sa kaso, ano po ang mangyayari at may nakapag sabi sa amin na kami ang kakasuhan ng mga ini reklamo namin,. maraming salamat po sa makakasagot.
Ano po ang mangyayari kapag natalo kami sa kaso na isinampa namin laban sa mga nanloob sa aming tahanan?

Hindi po naman kayo makasuhan unang-una dumaan naman po yan sa investigation ng Prosecutor's office at nakita nila na may probable cause naman po para ifile ang kaso laban sa kanila. Based on the evidence at affidavits na sinubmit po ninyo sa nasabing opisina masasabing hindi naman po gawa2x lang ninyo ang pagpafile ng kaso o kaya walang malice on your part na mag imbento po ng kaso kundi may mga supporting evidence po kayo.
