Mahigit 30yrs na pong tenant ang tatay ko sa lupang pinagtitirikan ng bahay ng tatay ko.Nlmn po namin mula sa DAR na yung kinikillang naming may ari ay hindi po pala sila ang may ari.Ngayon pina CLT ng DAR at pinbbyran na lang sa tatay ko.sinukat na po siya siguro almost 1 year na at pinghihintay na lang sa titulo.Ang problema po ngayon kasi may nagrereklamo kasi yung lupa daw pg aari ng kanununuhan nila.porket kaapelyido po ay gusto nilng mag apila.Ang tanong ko po kung may krpatan pa po ba silng mgreklamo kahit tapos na pong sukatin ang lupa?At kung may praan pa po ba para mas mapabilis ang titulo?Salamat po attorney at mghhnty po ako sa sagot

Medyo limited lang po ang knowledge ko with regards to DAR processing of Title however, sa sinabi po ninyong admitted naman na your family work as a tenant only meaning may tao talaga na nagmamay ari niyan. The heirs can rightfully claim it pwede po silang magfile ng reklamo. In your case lalo na walang pang title na naiaward sa inyo so DAR legal department if magpafile ng complaint yung mga heirs will have to investigate it naman. If makikita naman ng DAR na kayo naman talaga ang nagcultivate mula nuon pa at hindi naman nag aapply ng titulo ang mga claimants maaring sa inyo po ito maiaward. Kailangan lang tagalang maestablish ninyo na mula nuon hanggang ngayon kayo pa rin ang nagsasaka sa nasabing lupain po para maging qualified po kayo as awardee.
