First try to approach their office personally na kunin mo nalang ang passport if you are not qualified hindi mo naman kasalanan kung bakit hindi po kayo qualified. Kung ayaw ibigay pwede naman ninyo itong ireport sa DOLE/POEA para sila directly ang tatawag sa office na yan. Pwede rin magpadala kayo ng demand letter magpagawa po kayo sa isang lawyer either private or PAO para makalibre para makuha po ito. Kailangang personally mareceive po ang demand letter para sa company.
