Jan. 1, 2020 binangga po kami ng motor kotse po yung dala namin, total wreck yung kotse namin. nkiusap po samin yung asawa ng nkabangga samin ng bigyan ng palugit ng 6 months para s hinihingi namin n sa danyos pero hnggang ngayon wala sila maibigay samin kahit mgkano eh kami kung kani knino n nngutang para sa sasakyan namin. may expiration po ba pg sampa ng kaso? anong kaso po ang pwede namin isampa? and expired student permit po ang gamit niya kasama b yun s pwede namin ikaso? and kailangan din po b namin kumuha ng private lawyer if i go namin yung kaso?

Yes, pwede pa po kayong magpapafile ng kaso in relation to this vehicular incident. Ito po ba ay nakablottter sa Police Station?
