Wala naman po kaya lang maari po kayong makasuhan kayo ng akusado if mapatunayan niya na gawa2x lang ang kaso ng naifile as harassment laban sa kanya. Kailangan po ninyong magpaalam sa fiscal na naghandle ng inyo pong kaso at sa korte if the trial is on going na po.
