Meron po isang pulis na nag memessage sa mga kamag anak ko at mga kaibigan hinahanap po ako. Nung kinausap po namin ang pulis meron daw po akong summon. Meron po akong naiwan na loan bago ako umuwi ng probinsya.

The Summon/Subpoena or other court notices should be sent at your home address. Ibig sabihin po na somebody has filed you a complaint/case in court and you need to answer it within a limited period of time. Dapat sana nabasa mo ito to know what is this about. Usually kapag police na ang nagserve maaring warrant of arrest na po ito dahil may nagfile ng criminal case against you. So you need to check it immediately po baka pwede tawagan ang nasabing police station po.
thank you for your reply po. Pero another question po. Yung police na nag message po sakin sabi niya "may return to sender notice daw po sakanila" which i don't understand kung ano yun. What I know is meron po akong existing bank loan na hindi nabayaran due to pandemic. Valid po ba siya as criminal case? thank you po
