2015 po nakabili po ako ng lupa,rights lang po.tiningnan namin sa assessors office,sa DAR wala pong nkarecord na may ari kung kaya po inapplyan ko po.2018 po kami na interview sa DAR pero dahil po sa kulang sa pera hindi pa namin natapos lahat ng kailangan na requirements.Ang problema po sa ngayon ay may nagbayad daw po ng tax ng lupang aming tinitirahan paano na po kami? Ano po ang among Laban sa lupang sabi sa DAR ay easement sa ilog ..pero ngayon ay may umaanggkin na pribadong tao.
Ano po ba ang karapatan ko,nag apply po ako sa DAR para sa pagpatitulo ng amin lupa na lumalabas na hindi pa release,ngunit ngayon ay may ibang umaangkin?

Sa kaso po ninyo kailangan po kasing makita ang mga dokumento na mayroon po kayo to establish your ownership. Hindi lang po ang sa inyo pati na rin ang sa sinabing mong taong nagbabayad na ng tax nito. Kailangan po ninyong makakuha ng dokumento mayroon po siya para po malaman kung bakit ito napunta sa kaya. Mas mabuti po na ipatrace ninyo sa Municipal Assessor kung saan ang nasabing property ay nakaregister para malaman if anong dokumento ang ginamit na basihan para mailipat ang ownership po sa kanya. Ito po ay makikita naman sa kanilang office at it will annotated also in the tax declaration. You can avail po of the free services sa opisina ng PAO or any IBP office kung saan malapit po kayo. Pwede rin naman sa private lawyer but if you go kailangan po ninyo dala na ninyo ang mga dokumento na nabanggit ko para po makapagbigay ng maayo na legal advise po.
