Ano po ba ang sahod/kabayaran ng pagiging isang caretaker?

Ngayon po ay nagsimulang maging caretaker ang family namin ng apartment, binigyan po kami ng maliit na pwesto na pwedeng tindahan (libre) pero dahil hindi po kami kasyang mag pamilya napilitan po kaming mag rent ng aaprtment sa kanila din mismo, dagdag pa po diyan ay kami po ang maglilinis ng buong apartment at sa amin naka-bill ang tubig na panglinis at ilaw na kailangan buksan tuwing gabi at walang sahod buwanan. Ano po ang pwede ninyong iabiso na maaari naming ipakiusap sa may ari ng apartment bilang kabayaran sa pagiging caretaker nila ng 10 pintuang apartment? Salamat po.

Ito po mareresolve po if kayo ay makipag usap ng diretso sa may ari kung ano ba talaga ang estado ng partira ninyo sa nasabing property. If kayo po ay maninirahan bilang isang caretaker mas mabuti siguro na magkaroon kayo ng written agreement tungkol dito. Ang agreement na gagawin ay dapat naman hindi prejudicial or makakasama sa isang party or against the law. So dapat pag iisipan talaga ang kapakanan ng bawat parties. Magpatulong po kayo sa isang abogado para gawin ito. All the parties must appear together with your witnesses. Magdala rin po kayo ng mga valid ID or government issued ID's para po sa requirement sa pag nonotaryo sa nasabing document.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong reply. Gusto ko lamang po linawin, hindi po ba dapat kapag isa kang caretaker libre po kayo ng tirahan or kung wala man ay mayroong sahod na nakukuha sa amo? Or nakadepende pa din po sa agreement o pag uusap ng both parties ito? Salamat ulit.

Depende talaga sa agreement po ninyo mas mabuting everything will be put into writing at notarized to avoid possible dispute in the future. You can suggest naman po if okay lang na bigyan nalang po kayo ng sahod but you will be pay for your rent. Dapat both of you will agree po.
