Maari po kayong makasuhan depende po sa desisyon ng dati mong employer kaya lang magiging defense naman po sa inyong agreement na talagang wala kayong kakayahan na magbayad ngayon. Pwede po kayong makiusap sa kanila humingi kayo ng palugit. If ever naman po talagang magpapafile sila either collection or criminal case bibigyan na man po ang parties for mediation so baka maaring mapag usapan kung hanggang kailan po ninyo ito pwedeng bayaran.
