Nag aplay po ako sa isang agency papuntang Kuwait bilang DH. Ngayon di ko na po gustong ituloy ang application at gusto ko pong kunin ang passport ko. Tinanong ko po ang agency kung magkano po babayaran ko. Sabi ng agency for approval pa po daw at may kontrata, visa na daw po ako. Hindi pa po ako nakakapirma sa kontrata at di ko pa rin po ito nakikita. Dapat ko po bang bayaran ang agency sa kontrata, visa at stamping.

Bayaran mo lang kung ano ang mga expenses na nagastos ng agency at may maipakita silang supporting documents nito. Kung wala hindi sila dapat humingi ng refund. Kailangang may mga official receipts din sila nito. Hindi mo sinabi kung ilang months since nag apply ka sa agency kasi it medyo matagal na possibleng may visa ka na talaga but if kaapply palang hindi naman baka hindi pa naprocess ang visa mo so no need to fee it. You can ask the help of PAO lawyer in their office if hindi talaga ibigay ang passport mo or report to the office of POEA to check if registered ba itong agency na ito.
