It was two years ago na na nakipaghiwalay ako sa asawa ko. Nang nasa abroad kasi nadiskobre ko sa messenger niya na may babae siya at ito yung babae na lagi naming pinagaawayan nung di pa siya nag abroad. Todo deny padin po siya na wala daw siyang iba. So i ignored him and chose to leave. Until nagkaroon na ako ng ibang karelasyon and have a baby and now it is proven thru his sister na sila nga talaga at nagsasama sa iisang bahay sa Manila kasama pati mga anak nong babae.
Question ko po is: May habol pa po ba ako sa kanya po? Wala po kaming anak. Ano po magagawa ko tungkol sa panloloko niya sakin noon?
Ano po dapat kong gawin para di na siya makapag abroad?

Alam mo sa ating batas may kasabihan na "One should come to court with clean hands". Gusto mong kasuhan ang iyong asawa dahil may kasama na siyang iba pero ikaw din naman sinabi mo na may iba ka na ring karelasyon at may anak na rin kayo. So kung magpapafile ka ng criminal case sa iyong asawa ikaw rin ay maaring makasuhan din ng kasong criminal dahil sa ginawa mo lalo na po hindi pa legally terminated ang marriage ninyo. Magiging defense ng husband mo na hindi kana niya dapat bigyan ng support dahil hindi na kayo nagsasama at guilty parte karin. Total pareho na rin naman na may kinakasama na kayo mas mabuting mag usap nalang kayo para kung sino ang magpapafile ng annulment para naman sa ganun if granted free po kayo na magpakasal sa iba muli.
