Nangungupahan po ako sa paupahan niya na nasa loob ng compound kung saan nandoon din ang bahay niya, inilapit ko po sa barangay dahil ayaw niya akong paalisin sa kanyang paupahan at nag-iskandalo na po silang pamilya pagkatanggap ng paanyaya galing sa baranggay. Teacher po ang kanyang profession.Meron po kaya akong pwedeng ikaso sa kanya bilang siya ay teacher pero ganun ang ginawa niyang pakikiharap sa akin?
Ano po kayang pwedeng ikaso sa tao na nag-iskandalo sa harap ng bahay namin ng wala naman siyang sapat na dahilan?

Maaring makasuhan mo siya sa Admin office ng Deped or kasong kriminal. Sa admin case maaring dahil sa grave misconduct na ginawa niya. Sa kriminal case naman maaring you were annoyed/disturbed sa ginawa niya pwedeng Unjust vexation. You need to blotter the incident sa Police Station na malapit kayo para naman may mga supporting evidence sa pagpafile ng complaint po ninyo. If possible get a private lawyer to assist you especially in filing the Admin. Sa kriminal case pwede naman po ang Police investigator gagawa sa complaint kailangan din may witness ka para kunan din ng statement nila. After that they can assist you in filing the criminal complaint at the Office of the Prosecutor. From there the said office will determine if may probable cause po ba na ifile ang complaint mo sa korte otherwise they will dismiss your complaint.
