Regarding po sa law in Japan I have no knowledge about it so pwede po kayong mag inquire nalang po sa diyan sa embassy or sa kanilang government office. Regarding naman po sa adoption, may domestic adoption po tayo dito sa Philippines kung saan dito po kayo magpapafile ng adoption and your foreigner husband must jointly adopt your child in that way pwede ng dalhin ninyo ang bata diyan dahil the status of your child will be come a legitimate child ninyong dalawa. If ever you are not ready for this at sinabi mong sister and magdadala ng inyong anak diyan may mga clearance po silang kailangang kunin pwede po kayong magtanong sa DFA/DSWD tungkol dito para sa completong detalye.
