Kami na po new owner ng foreclosed property. As per posted sa pagibig foreclosure lists, UNOCCUPIED po ang house kaya kinuha po namin. Pero pagcheck po namin nung time na nanalo na kami sa bidding nkapadlock po pala. Nung nakakuha na kami ng documents from Pagibig na kami na ang new owner, binuksan na namin yung house sinira na namin yung padlock to check po yung loob pero may mga gamit pa pala naiwan si old owner. As per neighborhood, almost 2years na daw po hindi umuuwi si owner. Nakakita rin kami sa loob ng house ng demand letter na Notice to Vacate dated February 2019. As per Pagibig, as is where is yung property. Paano po yung mga gamit? Ano po ba ibigsabhn pag AS IS WHERE IS kapag sa foreclosure ng property? Wala po kasi mapaglalagyan ng storage dahil maliit lang po yung house. Sofa and bed lang naman po yung naiwan.

"As is where is" ibig sabihin po the seller is selling the property kung ano man ang nakikita ninyo at present and its consequence in the future and the buyer naman is willing to buy for it. Now, ang binili ninyo ay ang real property lang po hindi kasali ang anumang mga personal property na naiwan ng previous owner. If you can ask for contact sa previous owner you may return it. If hindi na po macontact maaring itabi or gamitin nalang incase babalikan ng previous owner isuli ninyo or babayaran nalang po ninyo for its corresponding amount lalo na if nasira na po ninyo.
