Nag apply po ako sa agency nung February as DH (Domestic Helper) sa Saudi tapos after 1 month inilipat nila ako sa ibang agency pro affiliated din daw nila. Then after 1 month may dumting na offer skin sa dti ko employer sa hongkong na irereprocess ang visa at contract ko dahil nagbackout sila nung namatay yung aalagaan ko sana, at valid pa naman daw ang oec ko for 2 years at since wala pa naman job order o contrata akong napipirmahan sa una at pangalawang agency at wala pa din visa, ngsabi ako na magbaback out nalang ako at babayaran ko yung medical at kung ano png processing na nagastos nila para maiwithdraw ko yung passport. Pro ayaw nila dahil napa dahil na daw ng polo ng Saudi yung job order/contrata, pro 1 month na po ulit pro hanggang ngayon wala pa rin naman pong dumadating na job order/contrata na cnasabi nila. Lastday nagpunta po ako ulit para makiusap na mag reconciliation na lang kami pro ang sabi may stamp na raw na visa ang passport ko, hiniling ko po na makita pro ang sabi nila hawak daw nung boss nila (arabo). At kung hindi ko daw pipirmahan ang job order at contrata na parating ipapablacklist daw ako sa poea at ipapawatchlist sa immigration para daw di ako makalabas ng bansa. Ano po ang dapat gawin? Ano pong dapat gawin kung gusto na pong mag backout sa agency at paano iwithdraw ang passport?

I think pareho lang ito sa problema na sinagot ko na tungkol po sa agency na naghold ng passport po kailangan po ninyong magpadala ng demand letter sa agency kailangan lawyer po ang gumawa nito. Incase po nagdemand sila ng refund kailang may proof or receipt po silang maipakita sa mga nagastos sa iyo bago po kayo magbayad sa kanila. You can get your passport back kung ayaw ibigay pwede po kayong magreport po sa POEA para naman po macheck if legitimate ba itong agency na nagoperate din.
