Ko lang po kung may babayaran ako kapag nagbackout ako nakapirma na po ako ng kotrata kaya lang natatakot ako umalis gawa ng covid pero sabe po ng agency ko kakasuhan daw po ako at malake daw po ang babayaran ko kapag hindi ako tumuloy ano po ba dapat kong gawin. natatakot po ako sa kung anong odeng gawin ng agency ko sa akin.

Ang masasabi ko lang po hindi naman po kayo mapipilit if talagang ayaw po ninyong tumuloy sa kontrata kaya lang unfair naman po on the part sa agency na gumasto na rin para sa processing fee at iba pang cost for your job contract. Lalo na if sila lahat ang gumasto like from securing your passport, NBI etc. Mas mabuti siguro na pakiusapan nalang po ninyo na bayaran ang mga kaukulang nagasto ng agency kahit by installment na lang po. Dapat rin na may maipakita silang kaukulang receipts or documentation to prove na yan din ang mga nabayad nila para sa contract po ninyo. Hindi kasi po dapat pumirma ng kontrata if hindi po kayo sigurado dahil may legal consequence po ito.
