Sinabihan kasi siya ng mama ko na wala siyang kwenta sampalin kapatid ko baka mabingi. Ang sagot ng teacher hindi nman dw nabingi kaya wala kami ebidensiya. Kasama ng mama ko yong kapitan sa amin pinaamin lng siya at inamin nya ang kasalanan nya. Pero wala man lng suspension na ginawa ang skul. Tama po ba yon?

Kung gusto po talaga ninyong maghain ng kaso laban sa Teacher, unang-una ireport muna ninyo ito sa police. Maari kasing magpafile kayo ng criminal case (Physical Injuries in relation to RA 7610 )at saka administrative laban sa kanya. For criminal case pumunta lang po kayo sa Prosecutor's office para doon ninyo i file ang complaint at they will determine kung may probable cause ba para ifile ito sa korte. Sa administrative naman pwede naman pod kayong magfile ng complaint sa Deped/Ombudsman. Maaring kumuha kayo ng private lawyer to help you or lumapit kayo sa office ng PAO may mga libreng serbisyo naman po sila even sa mga paggawa ng mga pleadings.
