bumibili po kasi kami ng lupa. naka bayad na kami ng down payment at hinihingi sana namin ang mga dokumento para ma ipasa namin sa banko ang loan. ang developer po ay walang mabigay na dokumento at yung pinirmahan po namin na kontrata ay ayaw narin kami bigyan ng kopya. ang sabi po nila nung una ehh ang contract to sell po ay ibibigay pag katapos ng down payment. sa ngayon po ehh ilang buwan na kami hindi nag babayad sa developer dahil wala silang mabigay na dokumento. meron po ba kami pwedeng gawain or may nalabag po ba sila na batas?
Ano po pwede gawin parang niloloko po kami ng developer na binibilan namin ng lupa?

First of all, from the time palang na nag enter kayo ng contract to sell at nagstart ng nagbayad sa downpayment dapat sana may copy na kayo ng nasabing contract at dapat rin notarized ito. By the way, did you keep all the payment receipts kasi you will need that as your evidence. Ngayon po nagpatuloy kayo sa pagbabayad pero wala kayong dokumentong hawak para saaan ito. I would suggest na magpagawa kayo ng demand letter sa isang abogado i address po sa developer para atleast may legal step na rin kayong ginawa at this time and stop paying until makakuha kayo ng copy sa nasabing contract. Wala kayong nilabag na batas sila po yata ang may nilabag na batas dahil sa hindi pagbibigay ng kaukulang dokumento sa kontratang pinasukan po ninyo.
