You may visit at Civil Registrar baka pwede pang maipalate register yan dahil actually sa ginawa mo pwede kang makasuhan ng falsification of public document. Just present your marriage certificate na magpapatunay na kasal talaga kayo before birth of the child kaya may karapatan siyang gamitin ang family name ng father niya. Dalhin mo ring yong original na birth certificate na signed by his father. The civil registrar may advice you na ipacancel nalang yong old birth certificate niya sa korte and you will need the assistance of a lawyer for this.

So sa nasubmit mong birth certificate what is the status na nilagay mo married ka ba or single?
