I think pwede pa po kayong kumuha ng polie blotter kasi wala pa na namang kaso na naifile sa sa inyo. Ito po ay isang sumbong na nairecord lang sa ka kanilang opisina. Hindi ko po masyadong alam ang admin rules ng PNP sa opinyon ko lang as long as wala pang kaso na na naifile ok pang kumuha. Even if may kaso at ito ay tapos na or dismissed na pwede pa ring kumuha kasi usually ang Police Clearance has a validity of until 1 year lang po.
