Pero bago po ako lumowas ng Manila naka pag full medical ako dito sa cebu at makalipas ang 3 araw ko sa Manila doon ko lang nalaman na buntis pala ako,pina uwi ako ng agency ng wala man lang binigay kahit piso pero ok lang po yon sa akin ang hindi ko lang ma intindihan bakit nila hinold passport ko napaka importante paman sakin noon kasi wala akong ibang valid ID.
Ano po ba ang pwede kong gawin tungkol sa passport ko nah hinold ng agency dahil sa hindi ako na tuloy sa pagtatrabaho abroad dahil na buntis po ako?

Well, if pinauwi ka nila dapat binalik na rin nila ang passport mo except if talagang may advances kanang utang sa kanila. So dahil valid naman ang reason kung saan hindi ka pwede magpatuloy sa iyong pag trabaho abroad kailangang ibalik nila ito except lang kung talagang gumastos na sila sa visa mo maaring may babayaran kang processing fee sa kanila. Magpagawa nalang po kayo ng demand letter para ibalik ng agency ang passport mo maaring pumunta sa PAO Office or IBP office kung saan they will assist free legal services para naman hindi na gagasto para sa demand letter. Make sure ang nasabing demand letter ay mareceive po ito ng agency at hintayin ang action po ng agency tungkol dito.
