Kaya lang dahil foreigner ang husband mo maaring kailangan nila ang birth certificate ng iyong husband duly authenticated ng kanilang embassy. Kailangan po ninyong magdala ng mga supporting documents like passport ng husband mo, birth certificate ng inyong mga anak or other documents that would show the correct middle name of your husband. They Civil Registrar will assess kung ano ang dapat mong i secure na mga requiements.
