Sa huli naming pagkikita na ikwento po niya sa akin na hindi na siya pwede maghandle ng kaso, subalit pwede pa siya mag assist ng mga legal matters. . Gusto ko po sana siya tanungin kung bakit ganun kaya lang parang private na masyado. Worried po kasi ako kung meron ba nangyari sa kanya. Marami pong reasons kung bakit ang isang lawyer ay hindi pwedeng maghandle ng kaso lalo na if siya po ay nagpractice in private maaring yung kaso na ipahahandle ay may conflict of interest like yung kabilang party ay naging client na rin niya noon at maaring may alam siya sa kasong ipahahandle niya. Maari ring nasuspende siya ng ilang taon na within that period hindi pa siya pwedeng maghandle ng kaso . If working in government office ang ibang lawyer ay may free practice to handle cases na not conflict sa work nila or maari ring hindi talaga pwedeng maghandle ng kaso outside sa office nila. So marami pong dahilan at ilan lang po ito.
