Batas para sa hidden camera(no audio) ?

This person has chosen to hide his/her identity.

The privacy of communication and correspondence shall be inviolable except upon lawful order of the court, or when public safety or order requires otherwise as prescribed by law.
Any evidence obtained in violation of this or the preceding section shall be inadmissible for any purpose in any proceeding." Meaning mahigit na pinagbabawal ang mga recording except if you are authorized person or agency to do so. Possession of that illegal recording may subject you for a crime under "REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4200

AN ACT TO PROHIBIT AND PENALIZE WIRE TAPPING AND OTHER RELATED VIOLATIONS OF THE PRIVACY OF COMMUNICATION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES ". So for me find other way, like getting witnesses para magtestify na talagang siya ang kumuha nito.
