Una sa lahat hindi ko alam kung akin nga yung bata at sabi niya pag hindi daw ako nag bigay ng monthly support ay ihahabla niya ako sa womens desk. Hindi ko ka apelido yung bata apelido ng ina ang ginagamit niya ano po bang maari nyang gawin kapg hindi ako nag bigay ng si sustento.. Ano po bang maari kong gawin tungkol dito.

You have the right to dispute naman kung hindi mo talaga anak ang bata ang you have to do it while buhay ka pa. Kung gusto mo ipa DNA test mo yong bata. Kasi kapag ayaw mong magbigay ng suporta maaring magfile ng kaso ang nanay for compulsory recognition ng bata at ang ang korte na mismo ang magbigay ng order para mapatunayan kung ang baata ay anak mo. Ang nanay ay kailangang magpresenta din ng mga witness at ebidensya laban sa iyo. If wala pang kaso at voluntary ka na lang magbigay ng suporta maaring implied recognition na ito sa bata at it will become an evidence na laban sa iyo na illegitimate child mo ang bata.
maari po ba siyang mag sampa ng kaso ng wala pang ebidensiya? At kung makapagsampa po siya ng kaso ano pong pwedeng ikaso sakin??Isa pa po kasing gastos yung DNA at hindi naman ganon kalaki yung sahod ko para gastusan pa yun..
