Tips para sa tamang pagkain, ehersisyo, at timbang, tulad ng ilang calories ang dapat kainin sa isang araw, ano ang mga masustansiyang pagkain, paano magbawas ng timbang at iba pa.  

 

Nais mo ba malaman kung overweight, underweight o normal ang iyong timbang? Gamitin ang BMI (Body Mass Index) Calculator sa baba, para malaman ito.

 

Alamin kung overweight, underweight o normal ang iyong timbang. Ang pagalam ng timbang ay malaking hakbang tungo sa pagkaiwas ng sakit tulad ng obesity, diabetes, heart dieseases, atbp. Ginagamit ang BMI bilang screening tool para matukoy ang posibleng problema sa timbang ng mga adults (20 years old and above)

 

Ginagamit lamang ito sa adults 20 years old and above. Ang BMI ay ini-interpret gamit ang standard weight status categories na pareho sa lalake at babae. Hindi ito ginagamit para sa mga bata.
