Ako ay magtatanong tungkol sa divorced ako po ay nasa Pinas na at asawa ko po ay koreano paano po makipag divorced kung nandto ako. Gusto niya po makipag divorce sa Korea pero hindi ako pwede pumunta doon may ibang way po ba sa korean embassy na madivorced po sana kahit nandito ako sa Pinas?

Kung ikaw ay isang Filipino wala pong divorce dito sa ating bansa. Hindi ko alam ang process ng divorce in Korea but I guess pwede naman sigurong siya nalang ang magpapafile ng divorce doon if ever may papers na dapat mong permahan pwede naman pong ipadala dito at ipa authenticate nalang ito sa DFA. Ang asawa mong Korean lang ang pwede magpapafile ng divorce doon sa kanilang bansa unless iba na rin ang nationality mo at hindi na Filipino pwede ka ng magfile ng divorce kung saan ikaw ay citizen.
Korean Citizen n po ako pwede kaya ako mag file kahit sa Korean embassy dito lang sa Pinas?

Mas mabuti pong personal nalang po kayong magtanong sa Korean embassy dito sa Pilipinas baka na man po pwede yan. May mga legal officers naman po nakaassign dito po or pwede po nila kayong irefer sa lawyer na kilala doon sa Korea na siyang magpapafile ng divorce if allowed by their court there.
