Sana kung mag file po ako sa korte ng costudy ng bata mga ilang buwan po kaya ang process? kasi yung paper ng anak ko hinhantay ko nalang po yung visa exit na mangagaling dito sa ibang bansa.para wala na sana kung problema kapag kukuha ng ng visa sa embassy Januarysa Pinas...salamat po sa sasagot.

Sa Regional Trial Court po kung saan po kayo resident dito sa Pilipinas at kung nasaan din nakatira ang bata. Kailangan po ninyo ng isang private lawyer para po tulungan kayo sa paghahanda ng mga kaukulang re quirements to support your petition. Hindi ko masasabi kung gaano katagal matapos dahil nakadepende din yan sa mga kasong nakapending sa korte. Depende din yan kung ang kabilang party ay sasagot or maghain din ng kanilang opposition cause din po itong ng delay. Sa din hearing kasi may mga postponement din baka 2 years or more.

Depende na po yan sa lawyer na maghahandle ng kaso kung ano pong mga motion or other remedy na pwedeng magawa para po ma expedite ang kaso po ninyo but normally may mga schedule ang court na dapat po sundin.
