Gusto magtayo ng Welding shop/Steel fabrication shop-What business registration requirements?

Kailangan mo ng business registration requirements para makapagtayo ng kahit anong business. Kasama na dito ang Barangay Permit, na madali lang makuha, pero kailangan mo ng pa rin pumunta ng munisipyo para mag-apply ng business permit. Kapag ikaw lang ang may-ari ng iyong negosyo, magtayo ng "Single Proprietorship", na pinaka-simple at pinaka-madali. Narito ang mga kailangan:


1. Business Name Registration Certificate – unang-una, kailangan magkaroon ng pangalan ang iyong business para makilala at may maitatawag na iyong business name.
Visit Department of Trade & Industry (DTI)
Provincial Office where the business is located or log on to www.bnrs.dti.gov.ph
Validity : 5 years

Requirements:
. Accomplished Business Name Registration Form [Single Proprietorship/Partnership (Optional)
. 2 pcs. 2x2 colored ID Picture
. Tax Identification Number (TIN) (Optional)
. List of five business names ranked according to preference
. Registration fee of P300.00

2. Mayor’s/Business Permit
Local municipality where the business is located
Validity: 1 year

Requirements:
. Accomplished Business Permit Application Form
. DTI - Business Name Certificate
. Sketch of the business location
. 2 pcs. 2x2 colored ID Picture
. Registration fee the amount of which depends on the type of the business

3. Tax Identification Number (TIN) - Kapag wala ka pa TIN, kailangan mo kumuha nito. Kapag meron na, pwede itong gamitin para sa iyong single proprietorship. Gagamitin mo na lang ang personal TIN mo para sa pag-register ng BIR certificate.
