Debtor not paying despite decision by judge

Ma'am, I already filed a small claim case in my municipality, in Buguey and was given a decision by the judge last May 2017. The compromise agreement says that my debtor should pay 2000 pesos for 25 months in order to pay the total amount of 50,000. However, she just paid twice and totally ignored the decision. So I filed a writ of Execution, but still she doesn't still pay. What should I do, she hides and doesn't face the sheriff in charge. Please help .. Thank you so much!

You should inform the court about it so that the sheriff will be required to levy personal and real property na pag aari ng judgment debtor.
