Ano po ba ang dapat gawin ng aking mother nagbenta po kasi yung kapatid niya ng lupa na sakop po ng lupa na nakapangalan sa mama ko at hindi po siya sinabihan?

Ang lupa pong ito ay itrinansfer po sa pangalan niya ng kanyang mga tiyahin na kapatid po ng kanyang tatay. May karapatan po ba talaga ang kanyang mga kapatid na magbenta sa lupang ito lahit po sa kanya nakapangalan? Buhay pa po ang isa sa kanyang mga tiyahin na tunay na ngmamayari ng lupa at nasa puder po ng mama ko ito.. maraming salamat po sa inyong tugon. Gusto ko lang po humingi ng tulong dahil makikipagpatayan po kapatid ng mama ko para lang sa lupa iyon na binenta niya ng hindi man lang sinabihan ang mama ko.

Dapat munang makakuha muna kayo ng copy sa sinasabing mong Deed of Sale na binenta ng mga kapatid ng mama mo na ang title ay nakapangalan po sa kanya. Mahirap kasing sabihin nating fake or forged yung mga signatures if wala kayong kopya sa nasabing document. You can ask for the tracer sa Tax Declaration sa Municipal Assessor if baka nakarecord yan or verify it at Register of Deeds baka naka annotate ang nasabing sale. Once nakaannotate yan get a certified true copy from the Notarial division kung saan may copy sila dahil ang lawyer na nagnotaryo sa Deed of Sale ay registered sa nasabing court po. Once you have it ipakita sa Mama mo if the signature of the Seller ay kanya ba if hindi mas mabuting kumonsulta na po kayo sa lawyer kung paano mapa annul ang sale at possibleng mabawi ang property ng mama ninyo.
