May propose po ang DPWH na ilipat yung current na daan na kung saan matatamaan po yung bahay namin. Yung bahay po gilid lang po ng daan pro my shoulder pa bago bahay. Pinapahanap nila sa amin yung land title kaso po wala po kaming maipakita. Ngayon, ang sabi nila kung walang maipakita eh gigibain at walang babayarang damages doon sa bahay kasi wala daw kaming titulo. Nandun na po ako n walang titulo pero yung bahay eh pinaghirapan naman po yung ipatayo. Ang tanong ko po, okay lang ba gibain nila yung yung bahay kahit di nila kami babayaran man lang kahit konti sa damages?

Wala po ba kahit tax declaration lang sa property or bahay ninyo? Kung wala proof of ownership sa ating batas hindi obligado na magbayad ang gobyerno dahil illegal settler kayo. However, for humanitarian consideration maaring magbigay sila nakadepende na yan sa kanila. So in your case kung wala talagang maipakitang title or proof of ownership mas mabuting makipag usap nalang po ng mabuti sa mga kinauukulan na baka na man mabigyan lang po kayo ng kunting tulong para naman sa actual damages. Pwede rin po kayong lumapit sa mga LGU officials or barangay officials para tulungang mabigyan kayo ng tulong kung sakaling malaki talaga ang damage sa bahay ninyo po.
