Nainis po sana naming bilhin yung lupa, kaso di po namin alam ang dapat gawin. Gayun rin po yung mag kapitbahay namin dito nais po nilang mapasakanila ang lupa na tinatayuan ng bahay nila.

Dapat alamin po ninyo muna kung may mga naiwang heirs po ba ang nasabing may ari. Maari kasing mag claim sila later. Alamin po ninyo if may Tax Declaration or kaya Title ang nasabing lot. Maari po ninyong matrace sa Municipal Assessor kung sino ang registered owner or kaya sa Register of Deeds kung saan ang nasabing lupain ay located. Baka kasi iba ang owner niyan or kaya may mga buhay pang mga heirs niya. Kapag malaman na ninyo maaring makipag negotiate nalang po kayo sa kanila na bibilhin nalang po ninyo ang share nila. If wala na talagang heirs pwede po ninyo applayan sa DENR puntahan po ninyo ang kanilang opisina para sa mga requirements na dapat ninyong i comply to apply for the registration of the said lot.
