Yung last will and testament po? Uubra po ba yon? At ano po ang legal process? Thank you po in advance.

If ina acknowledged naman po kayo ng tatay ninyo bilang anak niya may share pa rin kayo sa property na maaring maiiwan niya however dahil illegitimate child kayo you will receive half of the share of his legitimate children. One proof of ownership is nakaperma po ba ang tatay ninyo sa Certificate of Live Birth ninyo or nag execute ba siya ng affidavit or any document to support na kinikilala po niya kayo bilang anak. About sa Last Will and testament po mas mabuting gagawin po ito with all the formalities required by law so dapat po magpatulong po kayo sa isang lawyer para gawin iyan.
