Nangupahan po kasi ako since April 2016 up to 2018. Nalaman ko po kasi na foreclose na pala yung bahay na inuupahan ko kaya noong February. 2018 ay inaapplayan ko po ito sa Pag-ibig fund, naapproved po siya at nag start na ko ng payment since May 2018 up to now. Ngayon po pumunta pumunta dito sa bahay yung may ari at Nagalit siya dahil sa my na extension n siya dito s bahay. Nang iconsulta ko ito s pag ibig fund ang sabi sakin wala na daw po habol yung may ari ng bahay pati doon s mga naextension na niya dito s bahay. Gusto ko lang po malaman kung my habol pa yung dating may ari, at ano po kaya dapat kung gawin. Kada linggo po kasi nag eskandalo dito sa tapat ng bahay dahil hindi niya matanggap na nabili ko po yung bahay. Sana po matulungan niyo ko. thanks po.

Kung itong bahay ay naforeclose po ang may ari ay usually given 1 year to redeem the property. Kung lampas na ng isang taon ang unang may ari ay mawawalan na ng karapatan para i redeem ito. So titingnan po ninyo ang date or registration of sale kung kailan po ito nangyari yan ang start for the counting of the i year period. Kung wala siyang action within that period ito ay maaring bilhin na ng ibang tao.
