Goodam po, ask ko lang po sana kung pwede maglagay ng bintana ang kapitbahay ko pader lang po kasi pagitan namin may terrace po ako sa may bintana niya?

Ang window bang ito ay located sa party wall po? If yes pwede po ninyong sabihin sa kanya na bawal mag open ng window sa party wall po. But if sa kanyang wall po at may distance naman from your terrace to said wall ng 2 meters pwede po.
