Hi, kung ganyan ang rason mo magfile ka ng kaso laban sa asawa at kabit niya dito sa ating bansa. Maaring concubinage/adultery dahil ito ay isang krimen. Hindi pwedeng kabit lang kasuhan mo silang dalawa ng asawa mo. So pag iisaipan mo ang iyon hakbang dahil madadamay din pamilya mo dahil while the case is going on hindi pwede makapagtrabaho silang dalawa until mafully serve din yong sentinsya nila.

Hintayin mo munang umuwi sila for a vacation para mkafile ka dito. Pero pwede rin magfile ka sa country kung saan sila nagtatrabaho.

Unang-una you have to establish probable cause for a crime of Adultery/concubinage kung ano ang dapat ifile mo based on your evidence. Ito ay dapat maestablish mo. Kailangang may mga ebidensya ka ng kanilang pagsasama, sweet moments, anak etc. Since, nandoon sa ibang bansa pa sya wala pang jurisdiction ang ating hukuman sa kanya.
Sa sinabi mo dito nangyari sa ating bansa ang pagsasama nila so dito ka lang din magpafile. Kailangan mo ng services ng isang lawyer para maghain ng complaint para dito laban sa wife mo at kabit niya. Maari ring pumunta ka sa prosecutor's office may mga libreng legal services din sila. Mas makabubuting alamin mo rin ang residence address niya dito sa ating bansa. Maaring mag issue ng warrant of arrest and court labas sa kanya.
