Extraditable po ba kapag may case na domestic violence and disorderly conduct sa USA? Both misdemeanors. Non US citizen po. Magkakaproblem po ba sa port of entry or idedeny ang entry sa Amerika if gusto bumalik doon to solve and face it? Need your best advice po. Thank u and God bless.

Hindi ako expert sa extradition but sa pagkakaalam ko under RP-US Extradition Treaty,Presidential Decree No. 1069. "Section 3. Aims of Extradition. Extradition may be granted only pursuant to a treaty or convention, and with a view to:A criminal investigation instituted by authorities of the requesting state or government charging the accused with an offense punishable under the laws both of the requesting state or government and the Republic of the Philippines by imprisonment or other form relevant extradition treaty or convention; or
(b) The execution of a prison sentence imposed by a court of the requesting state or government, with such duration as that stipulated in the relevant extradition treaty or convention, to be served in the jurisdiction of and as a punishment for an offense committed by the accused within the territorial jurisdiction of the requesting state or government. Ibig sabihin extradition will apply if they crime charged against you must be punishable in both countries may mga exceptions din nito. In your case domestic violence is also punishable in our country so it can be a subject of extradition. It is better to check your status sa bureau of Immigration.
